1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PRYVL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use PRYVL for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

• Violating any laws in your jurisdiction.
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distributing malware or viruses.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.

To upgrade your plan, you must pay the difference in price. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PRYVL, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
