Commitment to GDPR

PRYVL is committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which applies to the processing of personal data of individuals within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
  • Right to Erasure: You have the right to request that we erase your personal data ("Right to be Forgotten").
  • Right to Restrict Processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data.
  • Right to Data Portability: You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you.

Data Processing

We process your data to provide our anti-detect browser services. We act as both a Data Controller (for your account information) and a Data Processor (for the profile data you store with us).

International Transfers

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
